WASH & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
We suggest dry clean only for the first few washes, and then gentle machine wash with a mild detergent. No bleach. Warm iron as needed.

At Why Look West, we offer the option of exchange for size within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that exchanges are not applicable on items marked as SALE, and returns are not accepted on any products.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product at whylookwest@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon authorization, we will gladly provide an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis. All exchanges are subject to verification by our team at Why Look West.

• Exchanged products will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
  
• Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases.
