Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note: All products are ‘made to order’.

Why Look West will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 7 days of receiving the product.

We do not provide exchanges on items marked as SALE.

We are unable to accept returns on any products unless the product received is damaged.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you must email us a photo of the damaged product at whylookwest@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

All returns are subject to verification by our team at Why Look West.

Additional Notes:

  • Refunds will be credited in the account within 2-3 business days.

  • Exchanged/Replaced products will be delivered within 7-10 Business days.

  • Store credit will be valid for 15 days once issued and can be used for future purchases.
