Defective or Wrong Items

We do not have a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only.

Flash Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached.

All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and it is the customers responsibility to have their items collected from the warehouse.

with your order number and clear photo proof of the item you wish to return or exchange.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the package from your provided address.

Return Conditions and Processing

Please ensure the garment is packed in its original packaging with all original tags intact. Packages sent in any other form of packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Once your return is received at our Jaipur warehouse, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. Each item is eligible for exchange only once. Original packaging, including the shoe fillers, shoebox and with security loop intact.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.
Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued.
